North America enforces the tightest leverage and conduct rules globally — and we do not currently cover US/CA-licensed brokers.
Regulatory landscape
United States (NFA/CFTC): retail FX leverage capped at 50:1, FIFO and no-hedging rules apply, and only NFA-registered dealers may serve US residents. Canada (CIRO, formerly IIROC) caps retail FX leverage at 30:1 and requires member firms. We do not currently cover US- or Canada-licensed brokers.

No locally-regulated brokers covered
We do not currently cover brokers licensed in this market. Residents should use dealers authorised by their local regulator and verify carefully.
Regulation varies by legal entity and country. This page is editorial guidance, not financial advice or an endorsement. Always verify the exact entity and its licence on the regulator's public register before depositing.
